Overview
This policy applies to use of aqpay.co and, where incorporated by contract, to AQPAY platform services provided by AQPAY LTD. Additional partner, card scheme and provider rules may also apply.
Prohibited use
The platform must not be used for:
- Unlawful transactions or prohibited products or services
- Fraudulent activity or stolen-card testing
- Credential stuffing or malicious automation
- Attacks against the platform or connected systems
- Security bypass attempts without written authorisation
- Unauthorised domain traffic or third-party processing
- Circumvention of risk, fraud or access controls
- Sanctions evasion
- Laundering or concealment of funds
- Abusive traffic generation intended to distort approval outcomes
Technical expectations
- Use only approved environments, domains and credentials
- Protect secrets and rotate compromised credentials
- Validate callbacks and webhooks appropriately
- Report suspected incidents promptly through authorised channels
Enforcement
AQPAY may suspend or restrict access, escalate to partners or law enforcement, and take other contractual remedies where this policy is breached. Final enforcement rules align with partner requirements, contractual obligations, applicable law and AQPAY risk appetite.
